Impact of a Sonochemical Approach to the Structural and Antioxidant Activity of Brown Algae (Fucoidan) Using the Box–Behnken Design Method

A fucoidan discovered in the plant Fucus vesiculosus, which lowered molecular weight of fucoidan, was ideal for its application pharmaceutical and food sectors.
